NAPC International Pte Ltd (NPAC) was established in August 1991, specializing in the supply and installation of food-processing machinery, and providing consultation services for food companies who wish to automate their production processes. Its client base of 30 to 50 clients from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and India include Singapore Food Industries and Super Food. The company has just moved to its new office premises at Skytech in July 2001, which is near its former premises at Bukit Batok Industrial Park A.

NPAC imports about 90% of the machinery and intergrate the necessary equipment, machine and technology from Japan, which are capable of processing and further-processing food seasoning and flavouring, dehydrated products and essences, and other functions such as sterilizing, packaging, counting, distribution, storage etc for many products such as chin chow pudding jelly, instant noodle (packet, cup and bowl), long life noodle (with shelf life exceeding 30 days), confectionary and bakery products, snack food and soymilk. Its machinery come with easy, precise and safety control features, and can stabilize quality through uniform heating and cooling.

Its instant noodle making plants, which are capable of producing 150,000 servings of instant noodles per 8 hours with automated lines, have been developed utilizing the noodle making experiences and software techniques built up within the company over a long period of years. Its high temperature and pressure retort sterilizers can also be used to sterilize food contained in pouches, tins, bottles, trays, or any shape of containers which help to increase productivity with the time saved and increased durability of all components in direct contact with liquid.
